Nepal is famous among many travelers and thousands of travelers visit Nepal to experience the culture, historical places, mountains and many more. But some places are named as the Restricted area for foreigners, means you cannot get the permit to visit that area or you must pay a special permit and must travel with a liaison officer. Even though Nepal has many rural villages and the government of Nepal has focused on tourism welfare, foreigners were strictly prohibited until 1991 and still prohibited in other areas. The main motto is to save natural resources, culture from foreigners influences and to protect the environment unharmed and unused. Some of the restricted areas in Nepal are included Makalu Base Camp Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Upper Mustang Trek, Mustang Fiji Festival Trek, Upper Dolpa Trek, Lower Dolpa Trek and many more.
