Tibet has been one of the most repressed and societies in the world today. Tibet Autonomous (TAR), also called the Xizang autonomous region, is located in the southwest frontier of the People's Republic of China. It is inhabited primarily by people of Tibetan ethnicity. With an elevation of 4900 meters, Tibet is the highest region on earth.

Tibet has maintained the beauties of it's previous years, such as the fascinating Gompas, historical marketplaces, ever-smiling and fun-loving Tibetans, awesome Aqua blue lakes etc which compensate every tourist with an indelible long life memory.

Tibet is now a part of China, different than the materialistic and modern phase of living. Tibet is the land of spiritual exercise and practice in pure Buddhism. Besides BuddhismTibet is also a perception of the existence of sacred holy land for Hindus as Kailash and Manasarovar. Tibetan Buddhism has the chief influence on the art, music, festivals, and lifestyle of the region.
