Tour Overview

 Arun valley is off beaten trek destination between Mt. Everest and Makalu- Barun National park. Arun valley is a home of 650 different species of bird, 800 species of butterfly and many rare and endangered animals including Panda. The dense forest is surrounded by beautiful flowers like Rhododendron orchids.  Trailing to Arun valley, fitness and stamina are appreciate. Arun valley trek needs stamina and fitness to totally appreciate the wonder of the region, that provides some outstanding mountain views. 

Commencing to the flight to Tumlingtar to the east of Everest and ending the trek in Lukla. During the trekking, we pass through various villages where an ethnic group of Sherpa, Limbu, And Rai people is settled in this region. Also, we pass through some beautiful view of Mt. Makalu, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Mt. Everest and other peaks surrounded to this valley. Trekkers can trek Solukhubu Jiri trekking route who doesn't like to take the flight of Lukla to come back to Kathmandu.   • Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and Transfer to the hotel.
  • Day 02: Kathmandu city tour and trek preparation.
  • Day 03: Flight to Tumlingtar about 1 hour.
  • Day 04: Trekking from Tumlingtar to Chyawabesi (280m): 5-6 hours
  • Day 05: Trekking from Chyawabesi to Kothe: 5-6 hours
  • Day 06: Trekking from Kothe to Salpa Phedi (1680m): 5-6 hours
  • Day 07: Trek from Salpa Phedi to Sanam (2850m) 5-6 hours
  • Day 08: Trek from Sanam to Bung (1900m) 5-6 hours
  • Day 09: Trek from Bung to Gai Kharka (2300m) 5-6 hours
  • Day 10: Trek from Gai Kharka to Puiyan (2230m) 5-6 hours
  • Day 11: Trek from Puiyan to Phakding (2830m) 5-6 hours
  • Day 12: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazar (3480m)
  • Day 13: Acclimatization and rest day
  • Day 14: Trek from Namche Bazar to Phortse Village (3890m) 5-6 hours

  • Day 18: Trek from Gorakshep to Dengboche (4345m) via Kalapatthar (5545m) at early morning 7-8 hours
  • Day 19: Trekking from Dengboche to Tengboche (3890m) 5-6 hours
  • Day 20: Trekking from Tengboche to  Namche Bazar (3480m) 6-7 hours
  • Day 21: Trekking from Namche Bazar to Lukla (2830m) 6-7 hours
  • Day 22: Flight to Kathmandu from Lukla and Transfer to the hotel
