Great vision tours and expeditions is a tour and travel company under the laws of Nepal Government and accept you’re booking under the following terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you (customer) and the GVTREKS.  Our company consists of qualified and nature cognizant team that has served best trailing experience. Before you book the trip through our company we encourage you to read them carefully.

Before your booking is completed and an agreement comes into force, the Company reserves the right to increase or decrease brochure prices.

Please reminder that the company would not be legally responsible for any warranty, collateral agreement, prior agreement, description of services, or conditions, other than as expressed herein.

Deposit requirements

  • When you set your trips, you need to pay 30 % as a non-refundable payment before you booked your trips. And you should pay the continuing amount upon your arrival on Kathmandu or before you depart for the trip.

  • Booking deposit can be made via banking or by using credit card options (visa / MasterCard)

Please note that we are not legally responsible for the loss or delay during the time of payment process.  Also due to the bank or any other reasons, if we received the money less than the amount sent, you are requested to pay after the arrival so that the price must be equivalent to the product cost.

After you deposit the amount via bank reference through transfer please send us the bank reference number. Sometimes bank forwards the money with a different name so it will be easy for us to check if you provide us the reference number.

Acceptance of booking

  • All booking should be made under the foreign exchange.
  • During payment made via Bank transfer or credit card (visa/ master card) service charge must be paid by the client during the process of booking. I.e. 4 % applies to all the payment you make during your trip.

Cancellation by the client

Any cancellation made by the client must be made in writing and should be acknowledged by the company. The company will determine the cancellation charge if:

  • The company will charge the cancellation as a percentage of total tour prices.
  • If the cancellation is made before 50 days or before departure then there is a loss of deposit.
  • If the cancellation is made before 49 days to 20 days then there will be a 50 % of the cost of service booked.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 19 days then there will be 100 % of the cost of service booked.
  • Please note that no refunds will be made if you leave your trip for any reasons after the trip has been begun. Similarly, there will be no refunds on accommodation, meals, transportation, sightseeing or service that has not been during payment made via Bank transfer or credit card (visa/ master card) service charge must be paid by the client during the process of booking. Cancellation made by the company

  • The company has every right to cancel the trip you have been booked.
  • The Company is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, nonrefundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.

Travel insurance

Personal travel insurance is compulsory for all travelers. Your travel insurance must cover accidents, illness, and any other medical expenses. You must carry your proof of insurance and you must show any time it is asked for. This is mandatory especially if you trek at high altitude.

Updating in terms of conditions

The company reserves every right to update the terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the client to be updated with any changes.
